FairPlane UK

FairPlane UK Limited is part of the FairPlane Group of companies operating in many European Countries.

We are dedicated to leveling the playing field in the battle between passengers who have suffered a flight delay or cancellation and airlines who caused the delay.

Under EU regulations, passengers who suffer a 3 hour flight delay or flight cancellation are entitled by law to fixed levels of compensation. The trouble is, airlines often don’t pay despite them being liable. Indeed, airlines often come up with invalid excuses not to pay the EU delayed flight compensation sums at all!

We have set up sophisticated systems which allow us to check thousands of flights every day. We can quickly check to see if a fight delay was caused by the airline and so are ready to counter any argument put forward by an airline. If you are not entitled to delayed flight compensation we can also let you know very quickly, thereby ensuring you don’t waste time trying to pursue an airline needlessly.

Over the past 3 years, the FairPlane group of companies have recovered millions of pounds in compensation and have a 98.5% success rate.
